### How fresh is the voter file?

Keystone Vote Explorer pulls the PA DOS Full Voter Export on a weekly cadence and archives each snapshot for change tracking. DOS typically refreshes the statewide file Sunday overnight. Because of limits on the state's SURE purchase portal — not our ingest speed — the new file is usually available to download and load within about 24–48 hours, often showing up in the warehouse Sunday night into Monday or Tuesday. That cadence is expected; we do not offer real-time registration.

### Why isn't data updated instantly?

Pennsylvania DOS publishes registration snapshots on a weekly schedule through the state SURE portal. Portal processing and our weekly ingest mean totals reflect the latest complete statewide snapshot — not live county rolls. After you sign in, Data health shows the current snapshot date and any ingest in progress.

### What geography plans are available?
