This Privacy Policy describes how Keystone Data Strategies, LLCd/b/a Keystone Data Strategies ("KDS") collects and uses information when you use Keystone Vote Explorer.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide at signup (name, email, phone, organization details), authentication events, query and export activity for audit purposes, and technical data such as IP address when you accept legal terms or sign in.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the Platform, enforce permitted-use restrictions on Pennsylvania voter data, maintain security and audit logs, and communicate with you about your account.

Voter data

Pennsylvania FVE data accessed through the Platform remains subject to state law and DOS restrictions. KDS does not sell voter file data. Customer queries and exports are logged for compliance.
